Hemlock Grove is a supernatural psychological mystery thriller that kept my brain working frantically to keep up, to catch all the allusions and bits of humor, and to puzzle through what was really going on despite a possibly unreliable narrator. A manhunt ensues – though the authorities aren’t sure if it’s a man they should be looking for.
